Hi Jacqueline, welcome to planDisney. Thank you for stopping by with your question. Those pictures are very important and securing them early is a great plan of action.
Capturing the magic inside your heart is important and taking the time to stop and snap a picture is not always convenient. With
Disney PhotoPass Service there are folks at the ready to capture those special moments without having someone missing from the action. When you use the
My Disney Experience App you can add
Memory Maker to your park tickets. With this product, there are over 100 locations to take a photo with PhotoPass. You can use this in all 4 theme parks, select character meet-and-greets, and 75 Magic Shots scattered throughout the parks.
I would only recommend purchasing Memory Maker through the My Disney Experience App. If you did then we just need to make sure you have the right logins and they show your tickets and your Memory Maker as well. If for some reason you are not able to find your purchase I would always recommend checking your email. Every time you buy something you would get an email confirmation. If you cannot find it or you know you did not purchase it through the My Disney Experience App you may want to contact Apple to see what changes have been made to your account.
Your stay is right around the corner and I must tell you it's a great time to visit. We have been planning our own trip for later in the month of May and
Magic Kingdom Park has all the new goodies. First up is
TRON Lightcycle / Run Presented by Enterprise, this brand-new coaster is out of this world. Users will race against the Programs in the high-speed chase through the grid. The end of the night is when the stars shine bright.
Happily Ever After made its return to the skies above
Cinderella Castle at the beginning of April. It is ready to dazzle new fans and long-time lovers of this nighttime fireworks show.
I hope this information is helpful in finding your purchase of Memory Maker. If you have any other needs please do not hesitate to reach back to us if you have any other planning needs. If you need to reach out about that lost Memory Maker I would
call Walt Disney World to straighten things out.
See ya real soon,
Jeremy A.
