I purchased the memory maker that starts immediately, but all my photo still have the water mark. Am I suppose to do something else??

Hello Gabriela, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I am so glad to hear that you have already started making memories during your visit to the Walt Disney World Resort. When you purchased your Memory Maker, it was linked to your My Disney Experience account.

To remove the watermark from your photos, you will need to activate your Memory Maker. It is not activated at the time of purchase because it is only active for 30 days. I prefer to wait until the end of my first day of photos before I activate my Memory Maker. Activation is easy in the My Disney Experience Mobile App. Scroll down to your photos, choose a photo and tap on it. When you tap it a second time, you will notice a button that is asking you to activate your Memory Maker. Once you confirm your activation, the watermarks will disappear. If you are still having trouble, there are Cast Members who can help you at guest services to activate your Memory Maker.

You will be able to save high definition photos, taken by Disney's PhotoPass Photographers, to your smartphone device to share on your social media accounts. When you return home, you will have time to crop, edit and download all of your photos in your account. Don't forget that you can purchase an archive DVD of all your photos and videos taken during your wonderful vacation.

    Say cheese,
    Andrea
