Hi Kraig,
It's great to see you planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation at planDisney again!
I'm happy as the haunts that materialize at the
Haunted Mansion to let you know your
Memory Maker purchase can include all media captured on attractions and by Disney PhotoPass photographers during
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, even if your party date is two days before your resort stay. This is because one Memory Maker purchase includes all Disney PhotoPass media taken within 30 days from the date of activation, not the date of your general admission tickets or resort stay.
If you were logged into My Disney Experience when you purchased Memory Maker, it should already be linked to your account. If you were not logged in at the time of purchase, you'll need to
link your Memory Maker purchase to your account. To activate your Memory Purchase the night of Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, click on any watermarked photo in your
My Disney Experience mobile app (three small lines at the bottom right of the home screen --> Photos). Underneath that image, you will see an "Activate My Photos" button. Click that button and the green "Activate" button on the next page. The watermark on your photos will be removed as soon as Memory Maker is activated. When you click on an unwatermarked photo, you will see the option to edit, save, or share a photo.
Keep in mind that you can view and download the photos of up to 25 members of your
Family & Friends List, but they cannot view and download your photos because Memory Maker is linked to your account. On our last family trip, Memory Maker was linked to my account. I downloaded my family's photos each day and put them in a folder I share with my husband. He was particularly eager to share his first TRON Lightycycle / Run attraction photo!
Keep an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog for news about Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party dates and ticket sales information. This special ticket event typically includes some spooktacular Magic Shots and unique character meet-and-greet opportunities. Costumes are not required but highly recommended!
