I just purchased memory maker. It says delivered electronically, is it automatically linked to my tickets, I was signed in? What do I give the photographers so they show up? my magic band or do I need a memory maker card? help! Leaving next week.

Hi Jennifer! Say "cheese" while we chat about capturing all your Walt Disney World memories with Memory Maker!

I think you'll just love having Memory Maker for your upcoming vacation. It helps you catch all those great shots, and using it really couldn't be easier. Since you're saying you were notified that your purchase went through, you should be able to see it in your My Disney Experience account. Then, using it on your vacation is a snap! Just flash your best smile to the Disney PhotoPass photographers you'll find all over Walt Disney World, they'll scan your MagicBand, and your photos will appear like magic in your account. That's all there is to it!

Check out this Memory Maker info page on the Disney website for lots of helpful details on how to use it and how to get your photos once you get home.

Hope your family has a blast making all those new memories at Walt Disney World, Jennifer. Wishing you a magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
