    Hi there, I purchased memory maker for my recent trip to walt disney. Unfortunately, we did not download the pictures and i am just sick that we cannot get them back. Is there any way to pay a penalty fee or send my magic band to be scanned again?

    Greetings, and welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Jeremy, we thank you for this excellent question!

    We’re happy to hear you utilized our Memory Maker product and hope that you made many magical memories. Your Disney PhotoPass images do expire pursuant to the Expiration Policy, but you may be able to purchase a Photo Expiration Extension one-time 15-day extension for your Disney PhotoPass images and video in your account.

    To purchase the Photo Expiration Extension please do the following:
    1) Log into your Disney PhotoPass account.
    2) Hover over the “Hello (Your Name)” drop down menu.
    3) Select “Buy Photo Extension.”

    Upon completion, please log out and then back into your account for the updated information to be properly reflected in your account. Your expiration date will be set to 60 days from your originally taken or capture date of the photo and will be displayed on each photo as viewed, one at a time.
