I purchased the memory maker and i've read several posts about not being able to edit photos without an iOS. We are an android family and have no access to iOS. I've been checking back for a week now. Please advise.

Hello, Kathy! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Unfortunately, the only current option to edit photos taken with the Disney PhotoPass Service that are a part of your Memory Maker purchase is via the My Disney Experience mobile app on an iPhone or iPad.

Your Memory Maker purchase allows you to download all of your PhotoPass photos, though, and you can use an Android or Chrome-based photo editing product to modify your photos after you’ve downloaded them. My personal favorite is Google Photos, as it offers the ability to edit, crop, add filters, order photo prints, and create albums. Unfortunately, the Disney digital stickers, borders and frames you’ll find with the iOS version of the My Disney Experience mobile app are only available there. If you have your heart set on using any of these features, I would recommend reaching out to a friend or family member who has access to an iOS device to see if they would allow you to log into your My Disney Experience account via the app on their device. Then you’ll be able to download your edited photos and share them with yourself through their device and/or via a Cloud-based service such as Google Drive.

Hopefully one of these options will allow you to edit your photos, Kathy. In the meantime, please let us know if there are any additional questions we can answer for you. We’re always happy to help!
