Hi Briana, welcome to planDisney!
It sounds like you've recently spent time at Walt Disney World Resort.
Memory Maker is my favorite souvenir because it includes unlimited downloads of all of the Disney PhotoPass media taken throughout your vacation. On my family's most recent trip, our Memory Maker purchase felt like it got extra mileage because it included images from my daughter's
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique at Magic Kingdom Park transformation as well as images from a
Capture Your Moment session. A Memory Maker purchase even includes pictures taken at the
Disney PhotoPass Studio at Disney Springs - no reservation required!
If you were logged into your
My Disney Experience account when you purchased Memory Maker, Briana, the purchase should already be linked to your account. If not, you can
link a Memory Maker purchase to your My Disney Experience account by entering the confirmation number found in your confirmation email.
Once your Memory Maker purchase is linked to your My Disney Experience account, you can remove the watermark from your Disney PhotoPass images by activating the purchase. To do this in the
My Disney Experience mobile app, click on any of your Disney PhotoPass images (three small lines at the bottom right of the home page --> Photos) and then select "Activate." The linking and activation steps are separate because a Memory Maker purchase includes all Disney Photopass media taken within 30 days of activation. Separating the linking and activation steps gives Guests like us complete control over when that countdown clock starts ticking. I was recently able to time my activation so it included images from two separate trips!
Another important Memory Maker number to remember is 45. Disney PhotoPass images expire 45 days after the date they were taken, so be sure to download your images before they turn into proverbial pumpkins.
I hope this is helpful information, Briana. Please don't hesitate to
reach out with any follow-up questions.
Plan magic; planDisney.
