    We have purchased the memory maker for photos and is there a possibility to download all pictures at once once on the application.

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Teresa! 

    I’m so glad you added Memory Maker to your vacation experience! I love being able to relive all the magical memories captured during my vacation at the Walt Disney World Resort thanks to Disney’s PhotoPass and Memory Maker for many years to come! 

    Teresa, to download all your memories with one click, log into your My Disney Experience account from your desktop computer then select My Photos under Photography. Once there, on the upper-right corner, you will see some options to choose from. Select Download Photos and a pop-up window will appear asking if you want to download all your memories. Be sure to edit them before you do this, so you don’t have to go back and download them twice. You can also do this one by one by selecting each photo.

    You can also download your photos from the My Disney Experience mobile app but you would have to save those individually.
