    I purchased memory maker as part of a package and have tried to link it, but it is asking for the confirmation on the back of the card. Should I have received a card in the mail? I am worried that it will not be linked.

    Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    I have gotten the Memory Maker as part of packages before, too.  It usually automatically links to my reservation, but there was one circumstance where it wasn't showing up.

    I called a Disney Reservation Specialist for help.  (407-939-1936)  After giving her my reservation number and identifying information, she was able to see where the Memory Maker was a part of my package and linked it for me. (I never received a card, either)

    Once it's linked, you can use your Magic Bands or room key cards for the PhotoPass photographers to scan and the pictures will show up in your My Disney Experience account.  I love how this all works so seamlessly now!
