Memory Maker. My family loves Memory Maker. Having access to all of our digital photos has been wonderful, particularly in those years when I have actually put together a photo book from our adventures. Your Memory Maker purchase should appear in
My Disney Experience. To double-check, log into My Disney Experience, click on My Plans, and then scroll to see the Tickets & Memory Maker tab on the left-hand side of the screen.
If you still do not see your Memory Maker when you click on that tab, I suggest that you
call to speak with someone in Website Support. Once you arrive to the parks and resorts, remember to take photos! On our first trip with Memory Maker, we ended up with about 100 photos. On the second trip, we had about 200. So, we learned how to pose! We have also learned to get photos with
Disney PhotoPass photographers that might be in lesser known locations.
While you are in the parks, be sure to double-check your photos in the
My Disney Experience Mobile App to make sure they are appearing in your account. If you notice missing photos, stop by a Disney PhotoPass service location and a Cast Member can help locate those photos and link them to your account. If you notice missing photos after you return home, you can fill out the
Disney PhotoPass Online Contact Form.
