We purchased Memory Maker when we got to Magic Kingdom. We are home from our trip and I'm unable to figure out how to down load photos. I did not receive a code they just had me tap my band. How do I download

It's great to see you here today at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Julie!

Memory Maker is my favorite souvenir to purchase for my Walt Disney World Resort vacation. I love having unlimited downloads of all of those amazing pictures the Disney PhotoPass Photographers take of me and my family and friends while we're enjoying our time together. The best part is that we all get to be in the picture together because someone else is in charge of the camera!

I have a couple of steps you can try to get your Memory Maker linked up and download all of your vacation photos. Sometimes I've found that all it takes for My Disney Experience to recognize that I've purchased Memory Maker is to tap the "Buy My Photos" button, and without needing to make any additional purchases that may be enough for the app to realize that you've purchased the unlimited downloads. You can also try the same steps on your desktop or laptop by clicking on the "My Photos" tab in the My Disney Experience menu on the Walt Disney World Website. Finally, if those steps don't work, you can tap on the plus sign icon at the bottom of your My Disney Experience app and choose "Shop Memory Maker". There is an option at the bottom of the next screen that says "Link It to Your Account". You can type in the ID code on your Theme Park ticket or the back of your MagicBand, or you can tap the "Room with Tickets" option at the top and put in the confirmation number for your Resort Hotel room and that should link it all up for you. If you're still having difficulty after following all of these steps, you can call the Disney PhotoPass guest services line at (407) 560-4300 and they can help you link your Memory Maker to your account so you can download your photos.

    Have a magical day, Julie!
