I purchased memory maker last night and looks my account was signed on because it charged to my cc but I didn’t receive anything but the confirmation and I can’t link the memory maker to my account.

Greetings Diana, and welcome to planDisney!

Oh boy! Your magical vacation will begin in just a few days. I am so excited for you to be able to celebrate the 50th Anniversary at the Walt Disney World Resort during your trip.

You are going to make a lot of core memories during your stay. I would be glad to help you get your Memory Maker linked to your My Disney Experience account. Sometimes when linking confirmation numbers, it is easier to do it from a computer or laptop in My Disney Experience.

Sign in to your account and click the My Plans tab. Scroll down to the My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets section and click on the Tickets & Memory Maker tab. If you see your Memory Maker here you are all set. It will be activated when you scan a MagicBand, card, or MobileMagic pass with your first photo.

If you do not see your Memory Maker, tap the “+Add More Plans” button and click on Link Reservations and Purchases from the drop-down menu. Click “Select” under Memory Maker and enter your confirmation or Memory Maker ID number and click next. Follow the prompts to assign yourself or someone in your party to be the owner of Memory Maker and confirm your selection.

If you are still having trouble getting your Memory Maker to link to your account, you will need to speak to a Cast Member on the Disney PhotoPass Team at (407) 560-4300.

    Say cheese,
