    I purchased memory  maker during my stay. I am now at home and would like to download them to my computer. How is this done?

    Hi Jim, 

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question!

    If you’d like to use your Memory Maker in order to download your Disney PhotoPass pictures to your computer, just log on to My Disney PhotoPass, click on Walt Disney World and log in to your Disney account. You’ll then be able to see all of the pictures that you took during your last visit to Walt Disney World Resort. You can then download only your favourites (by downloading each picture individually), or you can just download everything. You can also customize your pictures with borders and other “stickers”, as well as order PhotoPass products such as photo books (for an additional fee). 

    Please note that if you choose to download all of your Disney PhotoPass media, it may take a fair bit of time for the site to process your download package and for you to actually be able to download them to your computer.
