I purchased Memory Maker and want to download all the photos at one time but cannot find the download button on the photo pass page. It just wants me to buy an Archive USB. Help please!

Hi there Daniel, and welcome to planDisney!

I'm glad that you came to planDisney to ask your question, as I recently purchased Memory Maker and found myself in the same boat. While I was able to access and view my photos online, I also could not locate a button that would allow me to download all of my images. Thankfully, I discovered a way to do so that am happy to share with you here:

    • First, make sure that you sign in to your Disney Photopass Gallery where you'll be able to see your photos and perhaps some on-ride video clips arranged chronologically in descending order, with their dates and locations labelled on each one.
    • After you select an image (you'll see a check mark symbol within a circle on the top-right corner of each that you can click to change green), you can choose to manually select more as you scroll through your gallery.
    • As you scroll back up to the top, you'll find new menu options above the banner about the Archive USB that indicate how many selections you have made and also a blue Download button on the right-hand side. Clicking this will launch a window notifying you that your Download has Begun.
    • To make this process even faster, there is a selection box that you can check that says "Select all visible media" in order to download everything that you see in your gallery all at once!
I just tried this now and was able to successfully download over 100 photos all at once, so I hope it works out for you as well! In the event that you may still be having trouble, I also recommend trying a different browser or device just in case it's a matter of page formatting that isn't working out.

While you have Memory Maker, I definitely recommend taking advantage of the personalized Capture Your Moment sessions that you can book at the Walt Disney World Resort Theme Parks for up to 8 people. Over the span of 20 minutes, our photographer took so many photos of my husband and I dressed in our best and we immediately had our photos back and ready to download within minutes! It was like having our own private Disney photo shoot without having to wait for weeks to see our pictures or paying for them individually - I highly recommend it if you're celebrating anything special on your next visit!
