    I purchased memory maker from the disney app, but I haven't use at all because of connection issue. It wasn't linked when I purchased so I want to get refunded. Even I haven't took any photos with photo pass.

A Disney PhotoPass photographer captured the moment my husband and I told our family we were expecting our first child. An attraction photo preserves the classic look on my son's face the first time he went down the hill on Frozen Ever After. Memory Maker is my family's favorite souvenEAR because it allows us to download all of our magical memories for preservation in our Disney scrapbook.

    I'm sorry to hear that connection issues prevented you from maximizing the magic of your Memory Maker purchase, Dongwook.
