Get ready to smile, William! I am a huge fan of Memory Maker and Disney's PhotoPass Service. During my family's vacations, I am always the chief photographer. Our photo albums are full of pictures of our family having the time of our lives ... well, of my husband and children having the time of their lives! However, when we vacation at Walt Disney World Resort, I actually get to be a part of the photographic memory of all the exciting things we experience as I let Disney's PhotoPass photographers handle all of the magical shots.
To make sure your family members are able to access the Memory Maker entitlement, you need to add every Guest and their theme park tickets to your
Family & Friends list in your My Disney Experience account. This way, if any family member stops by a PhotoPass location or enjoys an attraction that features on-ride photography or video, then their picture or video will automagically be added to the Memory Maker in your My Disney Experience account.
No need to worry about having Magic Bands when taking pictures. The PhotoPass photographer can either scan your theme park ticket or offer you a PhotoPass card, which you will need to
link to your PhotoPass account when you return home so that you can claim your pictures. Once you have claimed your pictures, you can make them your own by cropping, adding fun borders, and even changing to black and white before downloading to your computer. The photo files you download can be printed from home or by your favorite neighborhood printing service.
I hope this helps you see the big picture, William! Feel free to shoot us another question anytime.
