Hi Courtney,
Welcome to planDisney! I am sorry to hEAR of your trouble linking
Memory Maker to your account!
If you have only tried linking it using the
My Disney Experience Mobile App, I suggest that you also try
linking it from a laptop. If you still cannot link it, I encourage you to
contact a Cast Member in Website Support. They should be able to help you get that Memory Maker linked.
On prior trips, we purchased Memory Maker and loved having access to all of our digital
Disney PhotoPass photos. We learned how to find the photo spots in the parks and we love to remember where the cameras are on the rides with Disney PhotoPass photo shots. Having access to all of those photos helps the memories of our trips live on even after we are long gone from the parks.
Make sure you have the My Disney Experience Mobile App downloaded on your mobile device. Your Disney PhotoPass photos should link in your My Disney Experience account. When you take a photo with a Disney PhotoPass photographer, the photographer should scan your MagicBand, Admission Card, PhotoPass Card, Annual Pass, or
Disney MagicMobile Digital Pass, to
link the photos to your My Disney Experience account.
When we are in the parks, I always periodically check My Disney Experience Mobile App to make sure our photos are linking to our account. Occasionally, photos have not automatically linked. When this happens, I stop by a Disney PhotoPass center in a theme park to ask a Cast Member for help with retrieving and linking them. As long as you remember the approximate time you took the photo and the location, they should be able to assist. They have found our missing photos every time. If you get home and photos are missing from your account, you can also use this
online form to track them down.
Courtney, keep making those fabulous plans. We cannot wait to welcome you to world of magic!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
