I have purchased a memory maker card. Will it be shipped to me or do I get it when I check into the hotel?

Hello, Meta and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, we're glad you're here.

Disney's Memory Maker is a wonderful option through Disney's PhotoPass Service which will allow you full downloads of all your associated attraction and experience memories. If you purchased Disney's Memory Maker online through My Disney Experience then it will be automatically linked to your account. Otherwise, you will need to claim it through Let's Link Your Reservations and Purchases online.

When your Disney's Memory Maker is linked to your My Disney Experience account you can then proceed to personalize your MagicBand which will then store all your applicable vacation information. Your Disney's Memory Maker will be stored on your MagicBand, here is what to do when at the parks:

-for Disney's PhotoPass applicable attractions, upon exiting, head over to the photo preview wall, wait for your photo and when you see it simply place your MagicBand over the Touch Point to store your image in your account. You'll be able to view, purchase and even share your photos with friends and family in your Family and Friends List in My Disney Experience
-be sure to download your PhotoPass photos and videos before they expire (45-days from the day the photo/video was taken)
-once the expiration day has passed, PhotoPass photos and videos can no longer be purchased

Meta, I hope this information is useful to you and we would be happy to assist you further with your Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning.
