Hi Jennifer,
Thanks so much for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question! I love
Memory Maker and have found it to be a great value and a super easy way to capture some of those vacation memories that you can only experience at Walt Disney World. I'm sorry to hear you're confused, but hopefully I can help!
When you arrive at any of the theme parks, just visit Guest Services with your
Memory Maker purchase confirmation print-out. A Cast Member there will then be sure
Memory Maker is linked to your
My Disney Experience account. If you made your purchase online, that may have happened automatically, but if not, they'll get it all linked up for you.
They will then issue you a
Memory Maker card. Anytime you have your picture snapped at a
Disney PhotoPass location or by a
Disney PhotoPass photographer, just present that
Memory Maker card to link it to your account. It's that easy!
Once the photos are linked, you'll be able to view, edit, download and share those through your
My Disney Experience account or using the
My Disney Experience mobile app. You'll have 30 days to capture as many photos as you want, and then each photo will remain on your account for 45 days from the date it was taken. Just be sure to download those before that 45-day expiration date arrives!
I'd also suggest visiting the
My Family & Friends section of your
My Disney Experience account before your trip to be sure you have everyone in your travel party linked. That way, any photos captured of anyone in your travel party will also show up in your account.
I hope that helps, Jennifer, and wishing you a picture-perfect vacation!
Beth
