    I purchased a memory maker but I can't find my receipt to enter the code so that I can download the photos.

    First, when you purchased Memory Maker, did you receive an email confirmation? If you can locate this email, you will be able to utilize the confirmation number within it to link your purchase to your My Disney Experience Account! If you cannot locate this information, simply contact Disney PhotoPass Support via phone at (407) 560-4300, and the lovely Cast Members will be able to help you find a solution! 
    Sheron, you will love having Memory Maker during your next Walt Disney World vacation! Any photo or unique media clip taken during your visit will be yours to enjoy forever! There’s no better way to commemorate a Disney trip than through these memories. Also, check out the Magic Shots available at various Disney Parks!
