Hiya, Noelle!
Welcome to planDisney! Hip, hip, hooray! Your trip to Walt Disney World Resort is just a few days away. I am sure you are busy finalizing all of the last-minute details before your trip. So, let's go over linking tickets and Memory Maker before your adventure begins.
Purchasing Memory Maker before you arrive is a great way to save a little extra on your magical stay. Before we go over the steps for linking this fabulous feature to your tickets, here's how to check if it is already linked. If you purchased your tickets and Memory Maker while logged in to your
My Disney Experience account, the purchase traditionally links automatically. You will also receive an email with a confirmation number, but more on that in a minute. Checking to see if your tickets and Memory Maker are linked can be done on the Walt Disney World website. Start by selecting the
My Plans option from the My Disney Experience drop-down menu. There will be two tabs located on this page,
Daily Itinerary and
Tickets, Passes, & Memory Maker. Choose the
Tickets, Passes, & Memory Maker tab to view all purchases linked to your account. This tab should show your park tickets and your Memory Maker purchase. If you see both of these listed, you are all set! You can start using your Memory Maker as soon as you arrive. Once you take your first photo with a Disney Photo Pass Photographer or ride an attraction that takes pictures automatically, the photo will show up in your
My Disney Experience app. When the pictures appear in the app, you will be able to tap on the images and download them right to your smartphone. Once you download your first photo the service will be available to you for 30 days. (If you purchased a one-day Memory Maker the service will only be available for the day that you choose to download images.)
If you do not see your Memory Maker or your theme park tickets, Hakuna Matata! You can easily
link both of these vacation essentials to your account. All you will need is the confirmation email you received when you made your purchase. You can link park tickets on the
My Plans page. Select the blue ticket icon and enter the ticket's ID number. You can also assign the ticket to Guests at this time. Don't forget to make those
Disney Park Pass reservations if you have not already done so!
Memory Maker can also be linked by entering the order number on this site. Once you have linked the tickets and Memory Maker, you will be ready to use the service as soon as you arrive!
I hope your upcoming adventure is memorable and magical!
We'll see ya real soon!
