    I purchased Memory Maker in advance of our trip next week! When I try to link it to MDE, it says it needs a card #? Do I have to pick up a card at the gate when I arrive or will it automatically show up later on MDE? How will photographer know I have MM?

    Hello Lien, and thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.

    You must be so excited that your most magical vacation is just days away! I am the unofficial family historian in my family and Memory Maker allows me to capture every magical photo op during our trips. To link your Memory Maker to your account, sign in to My Disney Experience and click on the “Reservations and Tickets” tab. Scroll down to where you see Memory Maker and select it. You will need to either enter your Memory Maker PhotoPass Card number or your Memory Maker ticket ID number, that is listed on your receipt or email confirmation of purchase.

    If you are still having trouble linking them together or cannot find your ticket ID number, you may need to call a Cast Member for assistance at (407) 939-5277 with locating your ticket ID number or actually linking your Memory Maker to your account. Once you arrive, take as many photos as you wish. Remember to edit, crop, and download your photos before they expire. I hope you have a wonderful trip.
