Hi - I have just purchased Memory Maker in advance of our trip in August. I have a couple of questions - where do I collect it from in Magic Kingdom (we are from the UK and are not having it shipped to us) & also how does it work when our party splits

Hello Karen and thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
You have made a great choice by pre-purchasing the wonderful Memory Maker for your upcoming August holiday.  I'm sure you're going to love Memory Maker just as much as I did during my last visit to Walt Disney World Resort; it's so simple to use!
You are quite correct Memory Maker is not shipped to Guests like you and I visiting from the United Kingdom; Memory Maker packs can be collected from Guest Services at the Magic Kingdom Park or indeed from any Disney Theme Park or even at the Guest Services in Downtown Disney.
Memory Maker works well even with a party who sometimes likes to split up in the Parks; begin the easy process via My Disney Experience and by following - Let's Link Your Reservations and Purchases.
If you have any more planning questions about your Walt Disney World Resort holiday, please come back and ask me another question.
    Have a great Disney day.
    - Jane
