    I had purchased the Memory Maker as an add on to our Disney World Resort reservation. Due to Covid-19, we've cancelled the trip and don't know when we will reschedule. We've been refunded for our trip. Can I get a refund for the Memory Maker?

    The canceling of a Walt Disney World Resort vacation is never a fun idea, but I am happy to hear that you were able to get a refund. Yes, you will be able to get the refund for the add-on of Memory Maker. All you will need to do is call the Ticket Services team at (407)566-4985, and they will be able to assist you with your refund.
