We purchased memory maker and I activated it. My husbands pictures on his app still show the water mark. We are friends on MyDisneyExperience, I have the sharing photos feature on, and our magic bands are linked to the same reservation. Why the watermark?

Hi, Lauren, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Let's help you capture all those picture-perfect memories from your Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

Memory Maker is the best way to make sure you don't miss a single magical moment, goofy grin, or silly pose from your vacation. Since you've already activated Memory Maker in your My Disney Experience account and your husband is seeing your family photos on his account, it sounds like you've successfully added him to your Friends and Family list and enabled photo sharing. The reason your husband's photos are still showing the watermark is likely because you purchased Memory Maker using your account. While your friends and family can see the photos on their accounts, the primary "owner" of the Memory Maker purchase is the only one who can download and edit the photos, and will be the only one who can view them without the watermark. Once you've downloaded the photos from your account, they're yours to keep and share as you like.

I hope this helps you relive your magical vacation with Memory Maker, Lauren. Please come see us again if you have any more questions!

    Keep Disney Dreaming,

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
