    I had purchased MaxPass with two 3-day park hopper tickets that I'm using in September. Since MaxPass isn't available, how do I get a refund?

    It's great to hear you're planning a visit to the Disneyland Resort theme parks. 

    Guests who purchased theme park tickets with Disney MaxPass are asked to contact the Disneyland Resort to discuss your options. You can contact the Disneyland Resort either through the email form available online or by calling the Disneyland Resort Ticket Services team at (714) 781-4636. If you opt for the online email form, you'll notice that you can select "Disney MaxPass Refunds" as the subject of the email.  

    You'll want to check out the "Important Information" details for updates specifically related to Disney MaxPass and your options.
