    I purchased in March 2020 a three day pass and only used one entry before the park was shut down. Will I get to use my other two enty passes in 2021 or will I be refunded part of my purchase?

    Welcome to planDisney. I’m glad you stopped by with this great Disneyland Resort question. The gates to Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park are open again, and I bet you can’t wait to get back to the magic!

    I have good news for you, Cassidy. Since you purchased your theme park ticket during 2020, the expiration date has been extended through December 16, 2021. You can use your ticket on two more days until then, pending theme park reservation availability, and they don’t have to be consecutive.

    If you haven’t already, link your ticket to your Disney account. It’s really easy to do with the Disneyland mobile app. Just open the app and tap the icon that looks like three horizontal lines to reach the main menu. Tap "Tickets and Passes" and then the “+” symbol near the top right corner. Tap “Link Tickets & Passes'' and scan the ticket barcode with your smartphone’s camera or enter the ticket ID number manually.
