    I purchased my Magicband+ on August 1st I go on my trip on September 5 I still have not received an email saying that they have been shipped yet is there any way I am able to get my order at the resort I'm staying at?

    I am so excited to hear that you recently ordered a MagicBand+ for your upcoming visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth. These amazing new accessories feature some incredible features like virtual bounty hunting in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge and the ability to interact with the Fab 50 Character Collection. MagicBand+ also offers the same great features Guests love about MagicBands, including seamless entry into the parks and your Walt Disney World Resort Collection hotel accommodations. Your departure is just a few weeks away, and I am sure you are getting excited as you finalized all the last-minute details. Packing your MagicBand+ is probably at the top of your list, so let's go over current MagicBand+ shipping and what to do if your departure date arrives before your order. 

    The popularity of these all-new bands has caused some shipping delays. But this does not mean your MagicBand+ will not arrive in time. I can completely understand your inquiry! I placed my order for my bands on the same day as many Guests, July 27th. Due to the high volume of orders, MagicBand+ options are taking just a little longer to be personalized, and I too began to worry. But Hakuna Matata! My MagicBand+ options arrived 5 days before my departure date. My first suggestion is to continue to check your order status in your My Disney Experience account. Once the status of your order has changed to Shipped, you can track your bands and check that the arrival date is before your adventure begins. If the bands ship and the estimated delivery date is after you leave, you may be able to contact the shipping partner directly to reroute your delivery. The contact information will be on the tracking page you can access through the tracking number. If you find that your trip continues to get closer and the order status is still listed as In Progress you can reach out to a Cast Member with MagicBand and MagicBand+ by phone. You will be able to inquire about the status of the order and request to change the delivery address, though this is not a guarantee.

    Alexis, if you find yourself arriving at Walt Disney World Resort without your recent MagicBand+ purchase, I want to offer some options that you can utilize to access your park tickets, resort hotel room, and more. The first is Disney MagicMobile Service. The feature on the My Disney Experience app creates a digital pass for your tickets, Disney PhotoPass photos, and Lighting Lane entrances, and you can even access your hotel room with the tap and go! You can also stop by the front desk of your resort hotel to receive a Key to the World Card to access all of these same great features. And if MagicBand+ is still your preferred choice when it comes to vacation convince, you can find these options available for purchase in merchandise locations throughout Walt Disney World Resort.
