    Hello. I purchased Magic Passes today. The card I used for the down payment is NOT the card I want to be processed for my monthly payments. How can I update the card on file for the payment that will process later today?

    Welcome to planDisney! It’s always my pleasure to assist fellow Magic Key Members with their Disneyland Resort Magic Key questions. I’m sure you’re looking forward to putting your key to the magic to use all year long at the Disneyland Resort. I know that I am! 

    I’m so happy to hear that you’re proactively inquiring about updating your credit card information. If you opted for monthly payments, it’s important to keep your information up to date so your payments are made in a timely manner. If you don’t, when it comes time for you to renew, you may have issues. Please call the Magic Key Monthly Payments Guest Services at (800) 410-4656. They are open and available to assist you from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Pacific Time Monday through Friday. A Cast Member in this department will update your profile with the new payment card information you provide and your monthly Magic Key payments will be charged to the new card on file going forward.
