Memory Maker for your visit. With Memory Maker, everyone in your travel party can get in the shot and you'll have all your precious memories captured for you! I'm sorry you're having trouble getting it linked to your
My Disney Experience account. Let's see if we can get that worked out for you! When you purchased Memory Maker, you should have received an email confirmation almost immediately. That email includes a confirmation code to link Memory Maker to your My Disney Experience account. If you didn't receive it, be sure to check the junk folder of your email. If you
still don't see the email and you're sure it wasn't automatically linked to your My Disney Experience account (it would be listed under the Tickets, Passes, and Memory Maker section of your planning page), take a look at the billing statement of the debit or credit card you used for your purchase. It's possible the transaction didn't go through. Should you see the charge for Memory Maker listed on your billing statement, but you have no way to link that purchase to your My Disney Experience account, not to fret! Call the My Disney Experience line and a friendly Cast Member will be happy to assist you. Just be sure to have that purchase information on hand!

Disney PhotoPass Photographers, don't forget to ask about
Magic Shots. These pictures are exactly that - magic! My family especially loves the Magic Shots that include beloved Disney Characters. They're so fun!
