Ultimate Tickets direct from the Walt Disney Travel Company may be able to extend ticket dates of any unused, or partially used theme park tickets or request a full refund. However, please do bear in mind that particular or date-specific terms & conditions of ticket sales may apply and that requests can never be guaranteed at Walt Disney World Resort.
In my own past experience of requesting a refund of tickets purchased via the
Walt Disney Travel Company, I found it easiest to speak on the phone directly with a Cast Member who could best advise on what particular options were available to me at the time of calling. It's easy to phone
