Hi, I purchased Magic Kingdom tickets in Feb 2020 for a trip April 2020. Due to covid we were unable to travel from UK. I managed to change tkts to this April, yet again we are unable to travel. How do I change tkts to next March? No link in the ap helps.

Hello Janice and thanks for stopping by planDisney with such an important enquiry about your previously purchased Ultimate Tickets.

As the current UK Panelist here at planDisney I can completely relate to your question, and of course, I totally understand the frustrations of our UK travel restrictions due to the global pandemic.  It's exactly the same for me too!  And like you, I'm ever hopeful for our world to go back to normal in the very near future so we can once again freely travel to our happy place in Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort

I'm so sad to hEar you've had to change your Disney holiday plans a couple of times already for April 2020 and again for April 2021, but it is good to know you did have the dates extended of your original Ultimate Tickets!  On your behalf, I've done a little research and am happy to share that Guests who purchased Ultimate Tickets direct from the Walt Disney Travel Company may be able to extend ticket dates of any unused, or partially used theme park tickets or request a full refund.  However, please do bear in mind that particular or date-specific terms & conditions of ticket sales may apply and that requests can never be guaranteed at Walt Disney World Resort.

In my own past experience of requesting a refund of tickets purchased via the Walt Disney Travel Company, I found it easiest to speak on the phone directly with a Cast Member who could best advise on what particular options were available to me at the time of calling.  It's easy to phone Disney Park Tickets by calling the freephone number contained within this Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory, or it's also possible to email by utilising this handy online email form and by choosing Existing Ticket Inquiries from the drop-down menu.

Additionally, Janice, I thought you may find these Frequently Asked Questions to be another useful planning resource to help guide you as we continue to Return to a World of Magic at Walt Disney World Resort.

If I can offer you any further insights into spending a jolly holiday at Walt Disney World Resort, then please don't hesitate to pop back to planDisney to ask me another question!  I'm always happy to help.

Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
