    Hi! We just purchased our Magic Key, do we get a welcome package or anything in the mail besides digital version through the app. Thank you!!

    Congratulations on your Magic Key! Magic Keys are the best way to maximize future visits to the Disneyland Resort. I bet you feel like the Genie with “infinite cosmic power”! 

    I spoke with a Cast Member and Stephanie assured me that there is a welcome package for each guest who purchased a new Magic Key! I know you received the digital notification with information on the benefits and discounts associated with your Magic Key, but the fun doesn’t stop there! Stephanie assured me that the Disneyland Resort is waving its magic wand so your mailbox can be sprinkled with pixie dust within six to eight weeks! It’s as the Fairy Godmother once said - “Even miracles take a little time”. 

    If you have any further questions regarding your Magic Key, you can speak with a Cast Member at Magic Key Holders who would be happy to offer assistance. You can also review the Magic Key Terms and Conditions for activation, expiration, park reservations, and other specifics regarding the Magic Key program!
