    Hi, I purchased a magic key in September and still haven’t received the Welcome Package, it’s been over 8 weeks since I purchased and I tried calling the Magic Key hotline but no one picks up. Let me know what I can do

    Thanks for bringing your question to us at planDisney, welcome. Let me first congratulate you on becoming a Magic Key holder! 3 chEARs! You can now unlock an entire year's worth of magic at the Disneyland Resort! How exciting!

    I completely understand the pain of waiting for magical mail. I feel that it’s easier to be patient when there’s a tracking number included, which I know in this case there isn’t. Although, it sort of adds to the element of surprise! 

    I would say hang on to your Faith and Trust, and I’m sure a little bit of Pixie Dust will be headed your way fairly soon! I would say that there’s an even split between my friends who are Magic Key holders. Half have received their welcome package and the other half are still waiting. I know it’s been a long wait but don’t give up!

    You can always try calling Magic Key Membership Services again to see if there’s any update if you would like. Edwin, please also keep in mind that general mail is also expected to be delayed a little bit as well, so that may also be a reason you haven’t received yours yet as well.

    Just know I’m crossing fingers and wishing on stars in hopes that your package arrives soon! Until then, please be sure to let us know if there’s anything else we can help with.
