I'm sorry to hear that Stitch has gotten into the workings of your
Disneyland app. Have you tried signing out of the Disneyland app, closing it, and then logging back in again? I also recommend checking to make sure you're running the most recent version of the app.
If you've tried those and still not having luck with your pass, it's best to connect directly with a Cast Member. You can use the "Chat" feature in the app; be sure to provide your Magic Key confirmation number. You may also
call Magic Key Passholder Services at (714) 781-7277 for assistance.
