    Hello I purchased a magic key pass back in late February of this year and have not yet received my magnet in the mail.

    Thanks for bringing your question to us here at planDisney! Congratulations on being a Magic Keyholder this year. I've been enjoying my Imagine Key for a whole year now. My little Mouseketeer and I love exploring the new Mickey's Toontown and trying out all the delicious food featured on Disney Eats on Instagram. Have you seen the Foodie Guide to Holidays yet, Omar? I can't wait to get my hands on that Snowman Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake at the Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe! Kachow!

    The collectible Magic Key magnet can sometimes take around six months to arrive in the mail. I know, right? Why can't Lightning McQueen speed them over to us himself?! But, Omar, since yours hasn't arrived within that timeframe, you can swing by the ticket booth at the main entrance of the Disneyland Resort the next time you visit. They can help you double-check that all your mailing details are correct.

    Another option is to call the special Help Center line for Magic Key questions, and the cast member on the line will be happy to help you out!
