    I just purchased a Magic Key online (not via the app), but I didn't see the option to apply the balance of my 3-day pass towards the Magic Key. Is there a way I can apply after the fact and have the remaining balance adjusted?

    Congratulations on getting a Magic Key! You are in for a year full of happy memories at the Disneyland Resort

    Regarding your question, it sounds like you purchased the SoCal 3-Day Ticket. Unfortunately, fully used tickets are ineligible for a Ticket Upgrade and may not be upgraded to a Magic Key pass. The upgrade must have been completed by midnight on or before the last valid day of your ticket. I apologize if this is not the news you were expecting to hear. 

    The good news is that you are the owner of a Magic Key! There are many benefits that come with having a pass. Did you know that you have access to a private lounge for Magic Key holders and their guests? The Magic Key Terrace is located in Disney California Adventure Park and is a wonderful place to unwind during a park day.
