Hello, if I purchased the magic key with Inspire tier, but my kid (3 yrs) can has Explore tier? Or have to be the same tier?

    Welcome to planDisney Thao!

How exciting that you have purchased a Disneyland Resort Magic Key Pass.  Being able to unlock the magic and wonder of the "Happiest Place on Earth" is a dream come true!

Members of your family that also have Magic Key Passes do not need to be the same pass type.  However, there are different blockout dates for each pass type, as well as theme park reservation availability to be aware of as you plan your visits.  The Magic Key calendar will be a great resource for you, you'll want to make sure there is theme park reservation availability for both the Inspire Key Pass and the Explore Key Pass if you plan on visiting together.

If you haven't been able to explore all of the wonderful benefits and discounts that are part of the Magic Key program, I highly recommend it.  There are discounts for both dining and shopping, two of my favorite things!  There is a helpful grid that will list out the discounts by Magic Key type, and if there are any restrictions.  If you're looking to make a dining reservation, you can secure those up to 60 days in advance.

I hope this helps answer your question, Thao!  If we can help with any other questions throughout the year, don't hesitate to come back to planDisney.

    Have a magical day,
    Melissa
