    I just purchased magic bands + for my whole family for our Disney world trip in May. And while I was pairing the device to each of us. I made a mistake and paired my magic+ band to my son’s account. Anyway to change that to me?

I am so glad you stopped by with a Disney technology question so I wished upon a star and have great news for you in the event you and your son do not want to switch your MagicBand+.

    If the MagicBand+ has not been used then it is eligible to be reassigned to another Guest by speaking with a Cast Member with My Disney Experience or visiting a ticket window or Guest Services window at the theme parks. If you do not want to try that route then you have plenty of time to order another one or purchase one when you arrive at the place "where dreams come true." Once a MagicBand+, MagicBand, or admission card is linked to and used by a Guest through a Disney account, it may not be reassigned.

    planDisney Pro Tip: One of the coolest features of MagicBand+ is bounty hunting in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. Starting at the Bounty Board near the Droid Depot your MagicBand+ servers a tracking device to locate some of the galaxy's most wanted in the adventure Star Wars: Batuu Bounty Hunters. With the My Disney Experience app and Play Disney Parks app installed on your smart device, you can begin the hunt. It is a great adventure that will be long remembered.
