MagicBand is such an exciting part of planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation! There are so many amazing options! Let’s see if I can offer some advice on getting those MagicBands to appear on your My Disney Experience account.
While I can’t explain why some are showing on your account and others are not, I can offer a tip to try. First, open your
My Disney Experience app on your mobile device. Tap the menu (three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner of your screen). When the menu appears, scroll down to where you see “My Profile” and tap it. When you do, you’ll see some options appear. Tap “MagicBands and Cards.” You will then select “Link a MagicBand or Card.” When entering the ID, use the ID number printed on the back of the MagicBands that don’t appear in your account. You can repeat these steps for each MagicBand.

calling a helpful Cast Member at (407)-939-4357! They will certainly be able to provide you with some additional guidance in getting your MagicBands linked to your account!
