Based on my past experience, my suggestion would be to go to your
Disney Resorts Collection hotel front desk to see if they can help with this process. You’ll want the old reservation number and any details about the MagicBands that were in that order, likely in your confirmation email from that time. While on property, you could also visit
Guest Relations to see if they can locate the MagicBands. No promises, but it’s definitely worth the ask!
Jackie, prior to your trip, you could also reach out to the
My Disney Experience and MagicBands desk. They could also be a helpful resource as you hope to locate your MagicBands from the cancelled trip. Just like above, you’ll want all the details from the MagicBands for the cast member!
