    I purchased a magic band two weeks ago and have not received it. I will be going to Disney next Sunday. Do I pick it up at my hotel or what do I do.

    Your trip to the Most Magical Place on Earth is just mere days away! I'm sure the anticipation of walking down Main Street U.S.A. holding that Mickey balloon has you ready to burst with joy! Speaking of Joy, you can Meet Joy from Inside Out at EPCOT during your vacation! Be sure to check the map to find her exact location, but if all else fails, just follow the blue hair and glowing yellow skin!

    Patricia, I'm sorry that you have not yet received your MagicBand. These trusty little Mouseketools sure do make a Walt Disney World Resort vacation an easy, breezy experience, so I want to make sure yours is ready to go for your arrival! If you purchased your MagicBand through shopDisney, you should have received a confirmation email after placing your order with an order number. To inquire about the status of the order, you'll need to contact shopDisney directly at the Guest Services telephone number provided. If you ordered your MagicBand through a Disney Resort Hotel reservation, you should reach out to the number provided for My Disney Experience and MagicBands. A Walt Disney World Cast Member will greet your call with open ears and help resolve the mystery of the missing MagicBand! They will also be able to reroute your band delivery to your Disney Resort Hotel. 

    While we're troubleshooting the issue, I'd also recommend double and triple-checking your shipping address associated with your My Disney Experience account. To do so, open the My Disney Experience App and tap the menu button in the bottom right corner of the home screen. Select "My Profile," followed by "Account Settings." Scroll to the bottom and you'll see your shipping and mailing addresses. If the addresses are accurate, leave them as is, but if not, choose "edit" and make the necessary adjustments. If this was the root of the problem, then Hakuna Matata! No worries, a Cast Member can still help solve the issue and get those MagicBands to you before your magical journey begins!
