    I purchased a magic band from for my daughter. I just tried to link it to our account and it says it's already been linked to an account. How do I get this corrected? It's a brand new band.

    Disney MagicBands come in a variety of colors and designs allowing Guests to show their true Disney Side. These wristbands allow Guests to open their Walt Disney World Resort rooms, have charging privileges if staying at a Walt Disney World Resort, access their Walt Disney World Tickets at Walt Disney World Theme Park entry touch points, collect Disney PhotoPass memories at select rides and with Disney PhotoPass Photographers and access special queues and Lightning Lane entry points.

    I find it curiouser and curiouser your Disney MagicBand, which you purchased from shopDisney, has been previously linked. Each Disney MagicBand has its own unique 12-digit ID Number located on the inside of the strap and once assigned can not be reassigned. My best advice is to call (407) 939-4357 to inquire about this conundrum. The Cast Member can better discover what is going on and hopefully with a little bit of Faith, Trust and Pixie Dust resolve the linking issue.
