TRON: Lightcycle / Run, the return of
fan-favorite nighttime spectacular “Happily Ever After,” and
EPCOT’s International Flower and Garden Festival it’s going to be an exciting vacation!

MagicBand+ purchase isn’t living up to expectations in performance and has lost its magic for you. You may contact
Merchandise Guest Services now, before your visit, at
1-877-560-6477 or email merchandise.guest.services@disneyparks.com for further guidance and information which may save you time on site. Please note their operating hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 A.M. -5:00 P.M. EST, and they are closed Saturday and Sunday.
You may also bring the MagicBand+ to any Walt Disney World Resort merchandise location to discuss your options, Aimee. This will be easier if you visit a shop that carries the MagicBand+ product such as a Disney Resort gift shop or a major shop inside a theme park (such as
The Emporium at Magic Kingdom Park or
Creations Shop at EPCOT) so they can support the exchange for you with another item in stock. There are so many fun and unique designs available now, I hope you find one that suits your personal Disney style!
Once you have your magic back in the MagicBand+, I know you’ll love using it to enhance your experiences throughout the theme parks! If you’re able to catch Happily Ever After, my
panel pal Matt shared that it glows in synchronization with the show to make you feel fully immersed in the emotional experience of this fireworks spectacular at Magic Kingdom Park. You can still interact with the fun statues throughout the parks as part of the
World’s Most Magical Celebration, even though that event is formally ending on March 31, 2023.
