Lightsabers on Starcruiser

    I purchased the Luke Skywalker legacy lightsaber from Hollywood Studios earlier this week, when I arrived home and put it the blade attachment part on to the saber it would not engage. How can I get a replacement or refund without returning to the parks?

    I hope your most recent venture to Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge was terrific. It's such an immersive land, isn't it? I'm glad you made it back to your home planet safely and that the First Order didn't capture you.  

    I'm so sorry that you've had an issue with your lightsaber. If you ask me, this sounds like the wicked schemes of the First Order. I've just received a hologram message from my contact in Black Spire Outpost, and they suggested that you call Merchandise Guest Services at (800) 328-0327 between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM (EST). You'll be able to speak to a helpful Cast Member and they can advise you from there. 

    The next time you're in Batuu, make sure you stop by Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo and pick up some of their Felucian Kefta and Hummus Garden Spread. It's out-of-this-world!
