    I purchased a light sabre as a gift for my son at Disney World last week. I gave it to him in Toronto Canada. However, when we unpacked it and put it together it’s not working properly. It lights up but repeats the same sound over, not like the sample.

    I am sorry to hear that the lightsaber you gave your son is not functioning properly. There are many lightsaber designs and functions available at Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge and at Star Wars: Trading Post at Disney Springs so I am not entirely sure which model you gifted to your son. However, I recommend you contact the Online Merchandise Guest Support Center by phone at 877-560-6477 or via email at Merchandise.Guest.Services@DisneyParks.com. They will help you navigate through this issue.

    I sense the force is strong with your son so let's make sure he has a properly working lightsaber in case he runs into any "Imperial entanglements" in Toronto.
