There’s nothing quite like returning home with some treasures to remind you and your loved ones of your adventures! I know it can be disappointing to arrive home and realize you have a slightly different item than the one you intended to purchase, and I’m sure you cannot wait to put that new phone case to use! We can find a way to solve this dilemma, Kristy! Disney Parks merchandise (such as merchandise sold at one of the many shops within Disney Springs), cannot be returned to local Disney Stores. While they may carry similar items, they operate somewhat separately when it comes to returns and exchanges. But never fear, Kristy! You can contact Merchandise Guest Services at via e-mail or phone at 1(877) 560-6477 and explain your situation. I am sure the cast members would be happy to figure out a solution for this issue, and could arrange a return or exchange via mail! Just so you are aware, I have been told that returns or exchanges can only be made within 30 days of purchase, and that without a receipt they would just ask for another proof of purchase. Also, I was told that there is a $4.95 exchange fee if you would like a replacement item shipped to you, and you would be responsible for return shipping fees for the original phone case. Meanwhile, if you need a phone case sooner, you can definitely check out ShopDisney.com or your local Disney Store for alternative options that may work for you!
