I know it's frustrating when things don't go as planned, but don't worry - I'm here to help you and let you know that some fantastic options are available to make everything right.
I spoke with a friendly Cast Member who is an expert in merchandise shopping and they informed me that if you have purchased a product at a Walt Disney World Resort owned-and-operated location, you can exchange it for a different phone case or return it at any Disney store outside the parks. This includes gift shops at resort locations, for example. Just ensure that you meet the
merchandise return policy.
Per this policy, the merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt to be eligible for a full refund. The merchandise must be in its original, unopened packaging, with all original tags and tickets attached, and in the same condition as it was at the time of purchase.
