I purchased hotel and tickets for parks but I can’t make reservations to parks.

Welcome to planDisney, Patrice! We appreciate you taking some time to write to us.

I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble making theme park ticket reservations. It sounds like you have possibly purchased a Disneyland Resort Hotel Package. If that is the case, it can be confusing to figure out how to make reservations. Your Travel ePackage will drop into your Disneyland account four days before your arrival date. For this to happen, you will need to link your reservations to your Disneyland account. This is also how you will be able to make theme park ticket reservations for your park days.

-Create or log in to your Disneyland account.

-Hover over "My Disneyland" and click on "My Hotel Reservations".

-Here you will put in the reservation or confirmation number you received at the time of booking your package.

Once your hotel reservation is linked to your account, there should be a link for you to book your theme park ticket reservations.

If you still are having issues with making ticket reservations, I think your best option would be to call Guest Services. They will be able to access your account and hopefully help you figure out the issue.

Be sure to check the entertainment schedule as your trip gets closer. You won't want to miss out on all the exciting nighttime spectaculars that are returning this spring. I'm excited for all of these to return, but especially for "Fantasmic!" at Disneyland Park.

Patrice, I hope after this your planning is smooth sailing! Be sure to stop by again if you have any other planning questions. You've got a friend in us!

All my friends know I'm the go-to for Disney advice, so I'm here to help you plan and experience the magic on your visit! Learn More About Carrie
