I purchased a hotel and ticket pkg for 5/7through Disney’s website while logged in to my account. I’ve been able to make park & dining reservations; however, I don’t have ticket numbers to be able to set up my Magicbands. When/how can I get these? Thx

Hi Koree! Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney.

You're going to have the best time at the Disneyland Resort, and your trip is right around the corner, so I understand wanting to get everything in order. Your theme park admission tickets are important, so I'm happy to walk you through figuring out where your tickets might be hiding.

First, you'll want to find your confirmation email. If you can't find it, search your email client for the subject "Disneyland Confirmation." This email includes step-by-step instructions on linking your Disneyland Resort Vacation Package, which combines your accommodations with your tickets for increased value. Once you've completed those steps, you should be able to see all your plans in the Disneyland mobile app, including those dining reservations and theme park reservations.

Next, let's check that your tickets are visible. Visit "My Tickets & Passes" in the app. It's one of the top tiles. You should be able to scroll through all your tickets. If not, head back to that same confirmation email and look for the Ticket Confirmation Number. You can enter that number in the app by tapping the "+" in the upper right-hand corner of the "My Tickets & Passes" page by selecting "Link Tickets & Passes." If you're still experiencing difficulty, please reach out to a friendly Cast Member on the Vacation Packages line. They're always happy to assist.

Once your tickets are successfully showing in the app, you can link each MagicBand+. From the homepage of the app, scroll down to find the "MagicBand+" link under "My Account." If you have existing bands associated with your account, you should see them pictured. Assign them one by one to a ticket, following the prompts, or add new bands by selecting the "+" sign at the top.

Be sure your bands are fully charged before you head out for a fun day in the parks. Your bands enhance your park day by conveniently allowing you to scan into the parks and your Lightning Lane Entrances with Lightning Lane Passes, and by interacting with the environment, including some Attractions, increasing your immersive experience. Packing my chargers is always on my must-do list before heading out!

    I hope this helps!
