Hey there, Madi - welcome to planDisney! Your trip to the
Disneyland Resort will be here before you know it! I'm glad to hear you're getting a jump on planning for it.
For your hotel and park tickets, did you order them through
Disneyland.com? If you purchased your tickets through a 3rd party, you'll want to reach out to them to see how to best access your tickets. However, if you purchased them through the Disneyland website, you can search your email inbox for "Disneyland Confirmation" - it should be from "Disneyland Reservations" and will include a blue button toward the top of the email that says "Access Your eTickets." If you're having trouble finding that email, you can also
call a Cast Member at the Tickets line, and they can help!
Now you can open the
Disneyland Mobile App on your phone, tap the 3 horizontal lines in the bottom right of your screen, then select "Tickets and Passes." Next, you'll want to tap "Link Tickets & Passes" and then scan the code or select "Enter the ID Number" at the bottom of the screen to enter it manually. Your tickets should now be linked!
When you arrive at the parks next month, there will be so many fun things happening! You'll get to experience all the fun with the
Disney100 celebration including the
"Magic Happens" Parade, which kicks off the day before you arrive! This parade originally debuted shortly in 2020 before the parks closed, and I heard that it is amazing - very excited to hear about its return!
As you continue to plan your trip, please feel free to
write me back directly with any follow-up questions you think of. Thanks so much for stopping by, Madi!
Have a Magical Day,
Greg
